Section 23-0.5-9-20 - Articles of amendment to articles of organization; domestic limited liability company

The secretary of state shall collect the following fees for filing articles of amendment to the articles of organization of a domestic limited liability company:

(1) Twenty dollars ($20) for an electronic filing.
(2) Thirty dollars ($30) for filing in a manner other than electronically.
