Section 23-0.5-9-1 - Articles of incorporation; domestic business corporation

The secretary of state shall collect the following fees for filing the articles of incorporation of a domestic business corporation:

(1) Seventy-five dollars ($75) for an electronic filing.

(2) One hundred dollars ($100) for filing in a manner other than electronically.
