Section 23-0.5-7-6 - Disclosure of information

Interrogatories propounded by the secretary of state and the answers received are not open to public inspection. The secretary of state may not disclose any facts or information obtained from the interrogatories unless:

(1) the secretary of state's official duty requires the information to be made public; or

(2) the interrogatories or the answers received are required for evidence in a criminal proceeding or in any other action or proceeding by or against the state of Indiana.
