Section 23-0.5-1-4 - Delivery of record(a) Except as otherwise provided in this article, permissible means of delivery of a record include delivery by hand, the United States Postal Service, commercial delivery service, and electronic transmission.(b) Delivery to the secretary of state is effective only when a record is received by the secretary of state.Added by P.L. 118-2017,SEC. 5, eff. 1/1/2018.
