Ind. Code § 22-6-6-6

Section 22-6-6-6 - "Person"

As used in this chapter, "person" means:

(1) an individual;

(2) a proprietorship;

(3) a partnership;

(4) a firm;

(5) an association;

(6) a corporation;

(7) a labor organization; or

(8) another legal entity.
