Section 21-27-10-6 - Exemption from public meetings (open door) law, public records law, and state board of accounts examinations

Notwithstanding any other law, a postsecondary SEI affiliated educational institution is not subject to the following:

(1) IC 5-14-1.5.

(2) IC 5-14-3.

(3) IC 5-11-1-9.
