As used in this chapter, "resolution to extend a referendum levy" refers to a resolution adopted under sections 8 and 8.5 of this chapter to place a referendum on the ballot requesting authority to continue imposing a tax rate, which is the same as or lower than the tax rate previously approved by the voters of the school corporation.
