Section 16-34-2-11 - Attorney's fees(a) If a judgment is rendered in favor of a plaintiff under section 9 or 10 of this chapter, the court shall order reasonable attorney's fees in favor of the plaintiff.(b) If a judgment is rendered in favor of a defendant under section 9 or 10 of this chapter and the court finds that the plaintiff's suit was frivolous and brought in bad faith, the court shall order reasonable attorney's fees in favor of the defendant.Added by P.L. 93-2019,SEC. 9, eff. 7/1/2019.
