Section 15-15-12-28 - Council meetings(a) The council shall meet at least three (3) times in each marketing year at the call of the president or at the request of two-thirds (2/3) of the members of the council.(b) The council shall comply with the requirements under IC 5-14-1.5 (open door law).Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-4-10-23.
