Section 13-21-14-3 - Periodic billing system; fee collection ordinance prohibited(a) The collection of the fees authorized by this chapter may be effectuated through a periodic billing system.(b) After June 30, 2019, a unit may not enact an ordinance requiring a solid waste hauler or a person who operates a vehicle in which recyclable material is transported for recycling to collect fees authorized by this chapter and remit the fees to the board of a district or to the unit.Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-9.5-9-2(c).
