Section 13-14-7-1 - Assignment of rulemaking authority to boards The:
(1) governor may assign to the board the adoption of rules in any area not provided for by law as of September 1, 1985; or(2) board may directly exercise that power until a specific agency for the exercise of the power is created.Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-7-6-7.
