Section 13-14-1-13 - Monitoring and reporting requirements

The commissioner shall establish and administer monitoring and reporting requirements as necessary to carry out the duties and to exercise the powers provided in the following:

(1) Air pollution control laws.

(2) Water pollution control laws.

(3) Environmental management laws.
