Up to five (5) individuals appointed by the secretary to serve on an entity not described in section 3(1) of this chapter may be appointed to serve concurrently on an advisory council described in section 3(1) of this chapter. However, an individual may not serve concurrently on more than one (1) advisory council described in section 3(1) of this chapter.
