Section 12-17.2-4-13 - Provisional licenses(a) The division may grant a provisional license to an applicant who is not able to demonstrate compliance with a rule because the child care center is not in full operation.(b) A provisional license shall be granted for a limited period not to exceed one (1) year and is subject to review every three (3) months.As added by P.L. 1-1993, SEC.141.
