Section 11-12-5.5-1 - Definitions The following definitions apply throughout this chapter:
(1) "Regional jail" means a correctional facility (as defined in IC 5-1.2-2-11 ) for which a regional jail agreement has been entered into under section 2 of this chapter.(2) "Regional jail agreement" means an agreement described in section 2(a) of this chapter.Amended by P.L. 239-2019,SEC. 7, eff. 5/5/2019.Added by P.L. 184-2018,SEC. 11, eff. 7/1/2018.
