Section 1-1-7.5-1 - Federally insured financial institution instruments

In all cases where it is required by law that a certified check be submitted in conjunction with the submission of bids on public contracts, it is lawful to submit a draft, cashiers check, or money order issued by a financial institution insured by an agency of the United States.
