Section 765 ILCS 745/15 - [Effective Until 1/1/2025] Statutory grounds for evictionA park owner may terminate the lease and evict a tenant for any one or more of the following acts:
(a) Non-payment of rent due;(b) Failure to comply with the park rules;(c) Failure to comply with local ordinances and State laws regulating mobile homes.This section is set out more than once due to postponed, multiple, or conflicting amendments.
