Section 735 ILCS 30/25-7-103.9 - Quick-take; Rail Carriers

Quick-take proceedings under may be used by a rail carrier within the time limitations and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in Section 18c-7501 of the Illinois Vehicle Code.
