Section 225 ILCS 80/26.12 - [Section scheduled to be repealed effective 1/1/2027]

Upon the revocation or suspension of any license , the licensee shall forthwith surrender the license to the Department and if the licensee fails to do so, the Department shall have the right to seize the license .
