Section 225 ILCS 80/26.10 - [Section scheduled to be repealed effective 1/1/2027] Order or certified copy as prima facie proof

An order or a certified copy thereof, over the seal of the Department and purporting to be signed by the Secretary , shall be prima facie proof that:

(a) the signature is the genuine signature of the Secretary ;

(b) the Secretary is duly appointed and qualified; and

(c) the Board and the members thereof are qualified to act.
