Section 225 ILCS 15/21.4 - [Section scheduled to be repealed effective 1/1/2027] Order or certified copy; prima facie proof

An order or certified copy thereof, over the seal of the Department and purporting to be signed by the Secretary , is prima facie proof that:

(1) the signature is the genuine signature of the Secretary ;

(2) the Secretary is duly appointed and qualified; and

(3) the Board and the members thereof are qualified to act.
