Transition of administrative responsibilities related to home-visiting services Beginning July 1, 2024, the Department of Early Childhood and the Department of Human Services shall collaborate and plan for the transition of administrative responsibilities related to home-visiting services as prescribed in Section 10-16 of the Department of Human Services Act.
