Section 420 ILCS 40/32 - [Section Scheduled to be Repealed 1/1/2027] Radiation emergency contingency plan

The Agency shall develop for its use, or for the use of its successor, a comprehensive contingency plan for the protection of public health, welfare and safety during a radiation emergency.
