Section 420 ILCS 40/30 - [Section Scheduled to be Repealed 1/1/2027]

The Agency shall issue such orders or modifications thereof as may be necessary in connection with proceedings under Section 10 and other provisions of this Act and the regulations promulgated by the Agency .
