Section 420 ILCS 40/20 - [Section Scheduled to be Repealed 1/1/2027]

The Agency shall advise, consult, and cooperate with other agencies of the State, the Federal Government, other States and interstate agencies, and with affected groups, political subdivisions, and industries.
