Section 50 ILCS 60/10 - Removal of volunteer board members(a) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the person or entity that appointed a member of a board may remove that member for misconduct, official misconduct, or neglect of office.(b) Removal under this Section is in addition to any other method of removal provided by law.Added by P.A. 102-0602,§ 10, eff. 8/27/2021.
