Section 5 ILCS 412/5-35 - Housing justification

The Department of Natural Resources and the University of Illinois shall each develop written criteria for determining which employment positions necessitate provision of State housing. The criteria shall include the specific employee responsibilities that can only be performed effectively by occupying State housing.
