Section 30 ILCS 105/8c - Build Illinois Purposes Fund

Appropriations for projects and activities authorized by The Build Illinois Act may be obligated and expended only with the written approval of the Governor in such amounts, at such times, and for such purposes as contemplated in such appropriations and in The Build Illinois Act.
