Section 105 ILCS 150/20 - Delegated care aides(a) A delegated care aide shall perform the activities and tasks necessary to assist a student with epilepsy in accordance with the student's seizure action plan.(b) The principal of a school shall facilitate the school's compliance with the provisions of a student's seizure action plan.Added by P.A. 101-0050,§ 20, eff. 7/1/2020.
