Section 805 ILCS 105/115.90 - No fees for publishing lists of not-for-profit corporations

Nothing in this Article shall be construed to permit the Secretary of State to charge fees for lists of not-for-profit corporations published as open data under Section 1.25 of the Business Corporation Act of 1983.
