Section 67-5270 - RIGHT OF REVIEW(1) Judicial review of agency action shall be governed by the provisions of this chapter unless other provision of law is applicable to the particular matter.(2) A person aggrieved by final agency action other than an order in a contested case is entitled to judicial review under this chapter if the person complies with the requirements of sections 67-5271 through 67-5279, Idaho Code.(3) A party aggrieved by a final order in a contested case decided by an agency other than the industrial commission or the public utilities commission is entitled to judicial review under this chapter if the person complies with the requirements of sections 67-5271 through 67-5279, Idaho Code.[67-5270, added 1992, ch. 263, sec. 42, p. 811.]
