Section 22-4715 - STATE NOT LIABLE FOR ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF COMMISSION OR OF ITS EMPLOYEES

The state of Idaho is not liable for the acts or omissions of the commission or any of its members, or any officer, agent or employee of the commission.
