Section 1-2012 - RULES AND ADMINISTRATIVE POLICIESSubject to the other provisions of this chapter, the retirement board shall have the power and authority to adopt, amend and rescind such rules and administrative policies as may be necessary for the proper administration of this chapter.

Section 401 (a) and that any changes to the judges' retirement plan required by the Internal Revenue Service or the determination letter have been made.
