Section 195H-9 - Advisory groups(a) The authority shall establish advisory groups to advise the authority in its management of Mauna Kea.(b) Any advisory groups established pursuant to this section shall convene regularly and be consulted on a broad range of issues relating to their respective purview.Added by L 2022, c 255,§ 2, eff. 7/1/2022.
