By the terms of 2003 N.C. Sess. Laws 0425, s. 4, as amended by 2006 N.C. Sess. Laws 66,s. 12.3.(a), eff. 7/1/2006, "The e-NC Authority created in this act is dissolved effective December 31, 2011. This act is repealed effective December 31, 2011. Part 2F of Article 10 of Chapter 143B of the General Statutes and G.S. 120-123(77), as enacted by this act, are repealed effective December 31, 2011."Added by 2003 N.C. Sess.
