Section 246:81 - Action against several defaulting trustees; liability for costs

If several trustees are liable in an action brought under section forty-five and the plaintiff fails to join all the trustees in one action, he shall recover no more costs than if he had so joined them, and the court may apportion the costs among all the trustees liable therefor.
