Section 161A:39 - Regulatory powers and duties in conflict with regulatory powers and duties of department of telecommunications and energy

In the event of any conflict between the regulatory powers and duties of the department of telecommunications and energy and the regulatory powers and duties of the authority within its area, the department of telecommunications and energy shall resolve such dispute and exercise such powers as it deems required in the particular instance.
