Section 149:129D - Riding in man-basket carried by hoisting machinery for bungee jumping or other safety approved activity

No person shall be prohibited from riding in a division of occupational licensure approved man-basket, so-called, carried by any hoisting machinery for the purpose of bungee jumping or for any other division of occupational licensure approved activity.
