Section 90B:7 - Compliance with sec. 5; pre-requisite to departure from boat livery

Neither the owner of a boat livery, nor his agent or employee shall permit any motorboat or any vessel permitted by him to be operated as a motorboat to depart from his premises unless it shall have been provided, either by the owner or renter, with the equipment required pursuant to section 5 of this chapter or pursuant to any rule or regulation of the director.
