Current through the 2024 Legislative Session
The Department of Education shall establish a committee of practitioners pursuant to federal requirements of the Every Student Succeeds Act of 2015 . The committee members shall be appointed by the Commissioner of Education . The committee shall meet regularly and is authorized to review potential rules and policies that will be considered by the State Board of Education.
