Section 104 - Complaint and hearing procedures(a) Complaints pertaining to the subject matter of this chapter shall be filed and processed in accordance with § 8735 of Title 29.(b) The Board shall conduct hearings in accordance with Chapter 101 of Title 29.16 Del.
