Section 1045 - Annual meeting; election of officers(a) Each school board shall hold an annual meeting at its office in July of each year.(b) At each annual meeting the school board shall elect 1 of its members as president and another of its members as vice-president, who, in the absence or disability of the president, shall act in the president's stead.
