Section 44-3-405 - Importer's license(1)(a) An importer's license shall be issued to persons importing vinous or spirituous liquors into this state for the following purposes only: (I) To import and sell such liquors to wholesale liquor licensees;(II) To solicit orders from retail licensees and fill such orders through wholesale liquor licensees.(b) Such license shall not permit the licensee to maintain stocks of alcohol beverages in this state.(2) [Repealed by 2024 Amendment.]Amended by 2024 Ch. 205,§ 11, eff. 8/7/2024.Renumbered from C.R.S. § 12-47-404 and amended by 2018 Ch. 152, § 2, eff. 10/1/2018.L. 2018: Entire article added with relocations, (HB 18-1025), ch. 152, p. 997, § 2, effective October 1.This section is similar to former § 12-47-404 as it existed prior to 2018.
