Section 25-3.5-308 - Rules - repeal(1) The board shall adopt rules establishing the minimum requirements for ground ambulance service licensing, including but not limited to: (a) Minimum equipment to be carried on an ambulance pursuant to section 25-3.5-104;(b) Staffing requirements for ambulances as required in section 25-3.5-104;(c) Medical oversight and quality improvement of ambulance services pursuant to section 25-3.5-704 (2)(h);(d) The process used to investigate complaints against an ambulance service; and(e) Data collection and reporting to the department by an ambulance service.(2) This section is repealed, effective July 1, 2024.Repealed by 2022 Ch. 291, § 12, eff. 7/1/2024.L. 2002: Entire section added, p. 697, § 2, effective May 29.
