Section 24-31-1301 - DefinitionsAs used in this part 13, unless the context otherwise requires:
(1) "Division of labor standards and statistics" means the division of labor standards and statistics in the department of labor and employment created pursuant to section 8-1-103.(2) "Division of unemployment insurance" means the division of unemployment insurance in the department of labor and employment created pursuant to section 8-71-101.(3) "Unit" means the worker and employee protection unit created in section 24-31-1302.Added by 2022 Ch. 370, § 15, eff. 8/10/2022. 2022 Ch. 370, was passed without a safety clause.
