Added by 2019 Ch. 248,§3, eff. 8/2/2019 and applicable to health coverage plans issued or renewed on or after 1/1/2020, or the date of the official declaration of the vote by the governor, whichever is later.

L. 2019: Entire section added, (HB 19-1216), ch. 2419, p. 2419, § 3, effective August 2.

Subsection (5) provided for the repeal of this section, effective December 1, 2020. (See L. 2019, p. 2419.)
