Section 24-60-4401 - Short title

The short title of this part 44 is the "Interstate Teacher Mobility Compact".

Section 24-60-4403 states that "This part 44 takes effect on the date the Compact is enacted into law in the tenth Compact State."

2023 Ch. 18, was passed without a safety clause. See Colo. Const. art. V, § 1(3).
