Section 22-31-104 - Regular biennial school election(1) Except as provided in section 22-31-131, pertaining to districts whose boundaries are coterminous with a city and county, the regular biennial school election in each school district shall be held the first Tuesday in November of each odd-numbered year.(2) (Deleted by amendment, L. 2006, p. 1021, § 1, effective May 25, 2006.)(3) School district directors elected shall serve until their successors are elected and qualified.
