Section 12-120-415 - Licenses(1) The board shall issue a license whenever an applicant for a license to practice architecture in Colorado successfully qualifies for the license as provided in this part 4.(2) An architect may renew a license by paying to the board the license renewal fee established pursuant to section 12-20-105, and the board shall then renew the license. A license issued pursuant to this part 4 is subject to the renewal, expiration, reinstatement, and delinquency fee provisions specified in section 12-20-202(1) and (2).(3) Any person whose license has expired shall be subject to the penalties provided in this part 4 or section 12-20-202(1).(4) An architect shall give notice to the board, in a manner prescribed by the board, of any change of address within thirty days after the change.Renumbered from C.R.S. § 12-25-315 and amended by 2019 Ch. 136,§ 1, eff. 10/1/2019.Amended by 2013 Ch. 356,§ 32, eff. 7/1/2013.L. 2006: Entire part added with relocated provisions, p. 759, § 15, effective July 1.
