Section 18-101 - Title inapplicable to shared motor vehicles under peer-to-peer car sharing program(a) In this title, "rent" means to rent or lease for a period not exceeding 180 days.(b) This title does not apply to peer-to-peer car sharing of a shared motor vehicle made available on a peer-to-peer car sharing program, as defined under § 19-520 of the Insurance Article, and that is subject to Title 18.5 of this article.
